About the Role
Join Jovie's flexible on-call nanny team providing child care support across multiple families in Mill Creek, WA. This role offers engaging, creative, and fun opportunities for individuals with prior child care experience such as babysitting, teaching, daycare work, or church nursery volunteering. Ideal candidates may also include retired educators seeking a smaller environment than a traditional classroom and those looking to balance work with school, family, or other part-time commitments.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home care for children, primarily infants through toddlers, ensuring safety and age-appropriate interaction and activities.
- Focus on direct child engagement without responsibility for transporting children.
- Perform only light household tidying related to activities or meals conducted during care.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly pay ranges from $22 to $25.
- Receive paid training along with a nanny kit containing developmentally suitable games and activities.

- Availability for at least three weekdays per week, able to work 6 to 8-hour shifts anytime between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
- Commitment to clear communication with supervisors and a positive, friendly demeanor with families.
