Whether you are a retired educator or seeking part-time work around your schedule, this opportunity allows you to engage with children primarily under 2 years old in their homes, without transportation duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home childcare without the need to transport children
• Maintain cleanliness related only to activities or meals involving the child
• Care for infants and toddlers, focusing mainly on children younger than two years
• Create a safe environment and lead hands-on activities tailored to each child's developmental stage based on your observations

Candidate Profile

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Experience caring for children, paid or volunteer; must have experience with infants
• Access to reliable transportation
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to various family homes in the region
• Availability for at least three weekdays per week for 6 to 8 hour shifts between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
• Committed to clear communication with staffing supervisors and positive interactions with families
