We are seeking a dedicated full-time night shift employee to undertake essential cleaning and preparation duties at our store located in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. The shift runs from 2:00 AM to 8:00 AM and involves thorough cleaning tasks and preparation work to ensure the store is ready for the morning team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of the entire store premises.
- Set up all necessary items and areas to facilitate the morning preparation team.
- Defrost meats intended for use the following day.
- Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness of kitchenware.
- Ensure the bathroom facilities are clean and hygienic.
- Wipe down all refrigerators and freezers to maintain sanitation.
- Clean fryers thoroughly and replenish them with fresh oil to start the day.
