Full-Time Merchandiser

About the Role

We are actively seeking full-time merchandisers to join a thriving company representing well-known retail brands like Red Baron®, Tony's®, Freschetta® pizzas; Mrs. Smith's® and Edwards® desserts; as well as bibigo® and Pagoda® Asian-style snacks. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key part in ensuring product availability and presentation in retail settings.

Compensation and Schedule

• Hourly wage: $19 per hour
• Typical workweek includes Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Saturday, totaling 35-40 hours
• Benefits available for those working 30+ hours weekly: health, dental, vision, and life insurance

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure company brand products are consistently stocked and prominently displayed in assigned grocery stores
• Perform product merchandising and rotation
• Create and maintain attractive product displays
• Deliver excellent customer service and foster positive relationships with store personnel
• Maintain clear communication with team members

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in grocery retail is preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
• Capability to safely lift up to 35 pounds and manage frozen products using proper equipment
• Own a smartphone compatible with company technology tools
• Successful completion of pre-employment background screening and drug testing
