Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service by ensuring shelves remain stocked and promptly responding to shopper needs.
- Maintain product displays and shelving adherent to company standards.
- Accurately scan products, identify inventory requirements, and assist with ordering processes.
- Implement company-led promotions and programs as directed.
- Keep department areas clean and consistently uphold health and safety guidelines.
Candidate Profile
- Displays strong teamwork skills with keen attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and capable of working effectively in fast-paced settings.
- Resourceful, respectful, and polite when addressing customer inquiries.
- Eager and willing to acquire new knowledge and skills.
Experience and Requirements
- No prior professional experience necessary; comprehensive training is provided.
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout a full shift.

Compensation
