Full Time Key Carrier Coordinator

The Key Carrier Coordinator position at TJX Companies offers a dynamic opportunity to grow within a Fortune 100 leader in off-price retail. This role extends the Coordinator responsibilities by occasionally taking on leadership duties as Key Carrier, overseeing crucial store operations. Flexibility in schedule including nights and weekends is essential. Key Responsibilities

• Foster a positive experience for customers and team members alike.
• Promote and uphold a culture centred on honesty, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Serve as acting Manager on Duty, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Oversee store team activities aligned with the store plan, prioritizing tasks as necessary.
• Resolve customer service issues promptly and deliver coaching to Associates.
• Exercise discretion in applying customer service policies to support customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate coverage of Associates to guarantee a positive customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with all operational procedures and opening/closing protocols.
• Communicate priorities and progress effectively with management and staff.
• Provide constructive feedback, recognition, and coaching to Associates.
• Collaborate on Associate training to boost effectiveness and efficiency.
• Comply with all labor laws, internal policies, and procedures.
• Promote credit card and loyalty programs to customers.
• Contribute to shrink reduction initiatives and maintain a safe store environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Candidate Profile

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and varied schedules.
• Strong team player able to collaborate effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Adaptable to changes and able to respond appropriately to unexpected scenarios.
• Familiarity with company-standard software, store systems, and operational procedures.
• Understanding of merchandise flow within retail environments.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
• Proven ability to coach, delegate responsibilities, and follow up on multiple tasks.
• Quick decision-making capabilities under pressure or challenging conditions.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Minimum of one year of retail experience and six months in a leadership role.

Benefits and Compensation

The position offers a starting hourly pay between $17.00 and $17.50, determined by skills, qualifications, and experience.
