Job Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public spaces such as hallways, lobbies, stairways, and locker rooms.
• Ensure cleanliness of designated areas by removing trash and debris promptly.
• Handle property cleanup, including the removal of bio-chemical materials as required.
• Perform preventative maintenance and care of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Complete additional tasks as directed by management.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
• Preferably have a minimum of one year of experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles.
• Capable of standing and walking for extended durations throughout the work shift.
• Able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds safely.
