Unidine, part of Compass Group, is actively recruiting for a full-time Food Service Utility Associate to join the team at Riggs Manor in Raymond, MS. As a key member of a respected hospitality company, you will be part of a supportive environment dedicated to enhancing the lives of those served through exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas and equipment.
• Ensure floors are swept and mopped to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Clean worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food preparation surfaces.
• Dispose of trash properly and clean garbage containers regularly.
• Manage transfer of supplies and equipment between storage and workspace.
• Support banquet table setup and front-of-house preparations.
• Assist in loading, unloading, and delivering supplies and products.
• Distribute utensils, supplies, and portable equipment as required.
• Follow all sanitation and safety protocols diligently.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in food service is required.
• Availability for full-time hours; flexible scheduling preferred.

Compensation

The hourly wage ranges from $13.00 to $14.00, based on experience and qualifications.
