Role Overview

The Educator position is central to the store’s success. In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest service in a retail setting, build genuine connections with customers, share product knowledge, and represent the brand’s community and culture in an authentic way.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming guest experience while respecting customers’ time and needs.
• Understand guest requirements and recommend suitable purchase, exchange, and return solutions.
• Explain product benefits and technical features clearly and accurately.
• Support smooth transactions and omnichannel services in line with company standards.
• Stay active on the sales floor to assist multiple guests and respond to store needs.
• Collect guest feedback and work with store leaders to resolve issues effectively.
• Share information about local community initiatives and help plan or deliver community events and programs.
• Help build an inclusive, respectful team culture that values differences.
• Form productive working relationships across the store team.
• Work with colleagues to improve guest experience and support daily store operations.
• Handle product presentation tasks such as restocking, replacing, relocating, or tidying merchandise according to standards.
• Use in-store systems and technology to assist operations and improve guest service.
• Carry out cleaning duties during the shift to maintain the store’s premium environment.
• Follow safety practices, workplace procedures, and applicable legal requirements.

Eligibility and Requirements

• You must be legally allowed to work in the jurisdiction where the store is located.
• You should be available to work a flexible schedule.
• You must be willing to spend most of the shift moving around the store to assist guests and complete tasks.
• You should be comfortable working both as part of a team and independently when needed.
• Preferred education includes a High School or Secondary School diploma, or an equivalent qualification or higher.
