Role Overview

Under the supervision of the Executive or Sous Chef, the Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and sanitation by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Support to cooks and occasional assistance in food preparation and setup may also be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean dishes, glassware, and utensils by hand and/or using dishwashers.
• Scrub and polish pots, pans, and kitchenware.
• Maintain cleanliness of refrigerators, ovens, and other kitchen apparatus.
• Keep kitchen floors, equipment, and materials sanitary.
• Manage waste by emptying garbage cans and disposing of trash appropriately.
• Organize and store cleaned items safely and neatly.
• Carry out additional related duties as needed.

Salary and Benefits

Compensation follows the current wage scale and includes benefits offered by Nordik Spa Village. This role is also eligible for gratuities.

Working Hours

Full-time position primarily covering evenings and weekends.
