Key Responsibilities

• Prepare all menu items following the provided prep sheet instructions.
• Help with cleaning, storage, and organization of deliveries.
• Keep the kitchen area organized and clean at all times.
• Independently manage opening and closing of kitchen shifts.
• Comply with all Texas Cottage Food Law (TCHP) and Health Department regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated strong organizational abilities.
• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Minimum of two years' experience in food service.
• Reliable transportation available for commuting.
• Availability to work during weekends.
