Key Responsibilities and Work Hours

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Guzman y Gomez standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
• Work flexible shifts that may start as early as 6am, including overnight weekend shifts beginning at 10pm.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience working in a busy kitchen or cooking role within the hospitality sector.
• Possession of a Certificate in Commercial Cookery or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong knowledge of food safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
