Role Description and Responsibilities
- Perform indoor and outdoor maintenance tasks to ensure cleanliness and upkeep.
- Carry out housekeeping and cleaning duties across multiple areas.
- Maintain the neat appearance and sanitation of office spaces and communal community areas.
- Support the Foreman and Maintenance Team in preparing apartments for new tenants to ensure move-in readiness.
