Full-Time Barista

Role Overview

As a Barista, you will be dedicated to crafting and presenting coffee beverages, including espresso, lattes, and cappuccinos, along with related food and drink items for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their coffee preferences and requirements
• Educate patrons about the coffee menu and respond to inquiries
• Prepare assorted coffee beverages by adhering strictly to outlined recipes and brewing techniques
• Promote and demonstrate coffee beans and brewing equipment, guiding customers through different options
• Manage inventory by restocking coffee beans, brewing tools, and food items like pastries and cookies
• Ensure the proper functioning of equipment by following operational guidelines, performing preventive maintenance, and arranging necessary repairs
• Uphold sanitation standards and maintain a safe work environment
• Enhance quality by reviewing and improving processes and maintaining store and coffee bar presentation

Candidate Profile

• Strong customer service aptitude
• Prior barista experience considered advantageous
• Capable of following oral and written directives, asking for clarification when needed
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and teamwork spirit
• Physically capable of performing job tasks

Compensation and Benefits
