Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $20.00 based on experience
• Quarterly bonuses totaling up to $3,000 annually

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of indoor areas including offices, bathrooms, hallways, and fitness centers
• Assist with trash disposal and prepare vacant apartments for incoming residents
• Preserve the exterior appearance of properties
• Help with basic maintenance duties such as painting, repairs, and unit turnover tasks
• Perform seasonal activities like snow removal and pool maintenance
• Identify and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly

Candidate Requirements

• At least six months experience in janitorial, groundskeeping, or similar fields
• Experience in commercial cleaning is advantageous
• A proactive, detail-conscious, and reliable team-oriented individual
• Basic understanding of property maintenance and operations is a plus
• A strong commitment to hard work and quality in task completion
