Job description
About the Position
We seek a passionate and knowledgeable Full Stack Trainer to support and mentor our interns in advanced web application development. The role involves delivering well-organized technical training, facilitating practical sessions, guiding real-world projects, and assessing trainees' progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end training on Full Stack Web Development to trainees and employees.
- Design and utilize structured curricula, study materials, assignments, and hands-on activities.
- Conduct interactive and practical classroom or online sessions focused on skill application.
- Instruct participants on designing, developing, testing, debugging, and deploying web applications.
- Support trainees in working on practical projects incorporating industry standards.
- Facilitate coding drills, technical interviews, and continuous performance assessments.
- Offer actionable feedback, highlighting areas needing improvement.
- Mentor learners on coding standards, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and software development practices.
- Introduce tools and concepts such as Git, GitHub, API consumption, databases, deployment, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Keep abreast of evolving technologies, frameworks, and market trends.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure training content aligns with company and project goals.
- Maintain detailed training records and monitor individual trainee performance.
Required Technical Expertise
- Front-End Proficiencies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Responsive Design, frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js, TypeScript, REST API integration, and state management.
- Back-End Skills: Experience with one or more technologies including Node.js/Express.js, Java/Spring Boot, Python/Django/Flask, or .NET/ASP.NET Core.
- Database Knowledge: Competency with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB; SQL querying; database design principles including CRUD operations, joins, indexes, and query performance optimization.
- Tools and Practices: Git and GitHub/GitLab, RESTful API concepts, security basics (authentication and authorization), JSON, debugging techniques, Docker fundamentals, cloud deployment basics, CI/CD workflows, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Training and Soft Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation capabilities.
- Ability to simplify complex topics and address learners with varying expertise.
- Demonstrated mentoring, problem-solving, and classroom management skills.
- A passion for coaching and nurturing junior technical talent.
- Skilled at creating immersive, practical, and project-driven learning experiences.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or similar fields.
- Minimum 2 years practical experience in Full Stack Development.
Compensation and Location
Position is based in Madhapur, Hyderabad, offered on a full-time or contract basis with a monthly salary range of 30,000 to 45,000 INR.
