Role Overview

The company is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer who is enthusiastic about the FinTech sector and eager to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment. This role, reporting to the Software Engineering Lead, offers the chance to contribute to diverse projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and combine startup agility with enterprise scale. Core responsibilities involve working on the platform's scalability, performance, development automation, and delivering new features.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain highly available services primarily through APIs, building both client-side and server-side software.
• Design, implement, and release new products serving internal and external stakeholders.
• Produce high-quality, secure, scalable, well-documented, and testable software solutions.
• Adopt and promote agile principles including code reviews, sprint planning, pair programming, and daily stand-ups.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and new initiatives to enhance platforms.
• Provide Level 3 support addressing production and critical issues.

Candidate Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience developing scalable applications based on microservice architecture from the ground up.
• A degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Motivated, inquisitive software engineers with a strong desire for continuous learning.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Golang (preferred), Perl, or Python.
• Experience with front-end languages and frameworks, specifically HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Vue.js or similar JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience working with relational databases.
• Strong interest and passion for agile methodologies and practices such as TDD, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to design and develop both web and API-based applications as a Full Stack Engineer or equivalent.
• An interest in innovations within the FinTech industry and market.

Technical Environment

The core technology stack is hosted on Amazon Web Services, utilizing technologies such as Golang, Python, Perl (Mojolicious), PostgreSQL, Vue.js, Docker, and Nginx.
