Role Overview

We seek experienced full stack software engineers to contribute to BJAK's AI Finance Agent, developing features rapidly across various platforms. This role requires versatility to work on frontend, backend, internal tools, and customer-facing workflows, turning concepts into functional products efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Create end-to-end features for both customer-facing applications and internal tools.
• Design and implement web user flows, backend APIs, administrative dashboards, and operational systems.
• Contribute to products spanning insurance, payments, savings, investments, travel, and broader financial services.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, mobile developers, and operations teams to launch features quickly.
• Integrate APIs, manage data pipelines, and enhance system reliability in production environments.
• Use analytics and user feedback to iteratively improve features after deployment.
• Develop tools to automate manual tasks and accelerate business processes.

Candidate Profile

• Possess at least three years of experience in full stack software engineering.
• Exhibit strong fundamental skills in both frontend and backend development.
• Have hands-on experience with modern web frameworks, API design, database management, and maintaining production systems.
• Be capable of rapidly building practical products without requiring exhaustive specifications.
• Display an acute product sensibility, understanding of UX, and attention to detail.
• Be proficient in debugging across different layers of the technology stack.
• Background in fintech, insurtech, marketplaces, consumer apps, or handling high-traffic platforms is highly preferable.
