Overview
We seek a seasoned Java Full Stack Developer with over 5 years of experience in enterprise-grade application development, solid command of SDLC processes, and understanding of domain workflows. The role centers around building scalable applications utilizing Java and Spring Boot on the backend, while crafting responsive frontends using contemporary frameworks such as React or Angular. Candidates will integrate AI-assisted development tools, including GitHub Copilot and LLM-based assistants, to enhance productivity without sacrificing code integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications.
- Develop backend components employing Java and Spring Boot technologies.
- Create scalable and responsive frontend interfaces using React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Develop and consume RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Utilize both SQL and NoSQL databases for data management and application support.
- Adhere strictly to SDLC methodologies, coding standards, design patterns, and best engineering practices.
- Leverage AI-driven coding tools such as Copilots and LLM-based assistants to boost development speed and efficiency.
- Apply practical AI knowledge focused on integration within applications, recognizing AI advantages and limitations.
- Maintain high standards of code quality, security, performance, and maintainability throughout the software lifecycle.
- Engage in peer code reviews, debugging, testing phases, deployment tasks, and ongoing production support.
- Work with cloud-native platforms and implement automation through CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of direct experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Expertise in Java and Spring Boot frameworks.
- Sound understanding of enterprise engineering principles, SDLC, and related workflows.
- Proficiency in at least one modern frontend framework: React or Angular.
- Strong skills in TypeScript and/or JavaScript.
- Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful and/or GraphQL API design and consumption.
- Familiarity with cloud-native application development.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and embracing modern DevOps methodologies.
- Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools like Copilots and LLM assistants.
- Understanding of AI concepts especially as they pertain to software integration rather than training models.
- Capability to deliver robust solutions ensuring quality, security, and scalability.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of microservices architectural patterns.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and quality assurance practices.
- Prior involvement in integrating AI/LLM services into enterprise applications.
Educational Requirements
Completion of 15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
