Full Stack Engineer

Job Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer skilled in building scalable, event-driven web applications, crafting modern user interfaces, and delivering strong backend solutions with excellent architectural and coding standards.

Mandatory Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with NestJS or Express frameworks.
• Strong skills with frontend frameworks like Svelte/SvelteKit or React.
• Good understanding of PostgreSQL, including schema design and optimizing queries.
• Experience in creating RESTful APIs and working with event-driven systems.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum process, software testing, and code reviews.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cloud platforms such as AWS, including managing containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of deploying services in cloud-native infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and modern frontend frameworks (Svelte/SvelteKit or React).
• Build secure and high-performance RESTful APIs; optimize database schemas and queries for performance.
• Create responsive and reusable user interfaces that translate complex business needs into intuitive experiences.
• Implement event-driven architecture and asynchronous workflows to handle real-time large data volumes.
• Work collaboratively in Agile teams, participate in Scrum ceremonies, conduct thorough code reviews, and ensure delivery of high-quality, well-tested software.
