About Elvio Robotics
Elvio Robotics is pioneering the operating system for autonomous hospitals, creating an infrastructure that enables fleets of robots to work seamlessly and collaboratively within clinical environments.
Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the entire software platform including architecture, development, deployment, and quality assurance.
- Participate in decisions about building strategies and infrastructure rather than solely focusing on feature implementations.
- Co-develop user interfaces in collaboration with nurses and clinical staff.
- Engage in hands-on development involving real hardware integration.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing complex full-stack software systems encompassing backend, frontend, platform, and API development.
- Strong interest or experience in IT infrastructure, DevOps, distributed systems, or IT security is considered advantageous.
- Motivation to learn continuously and take on new challenges.
- Proven ownership mentality, moving beyond just completing assigned tasks.
- Previous experience or strong desire to work in early-stage startup environments.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, with German language skills (ideally at C1 level) highly desirable.
- Primarily onsite work in Munich; hybrid arrangements may be possible upon agreement.
What Elvio Offers
- Your contributions will have a direct impact on healthcare by running software in hospital environments.
- An opportunity to gain in-depth expertise in distributed systems, robotics, and platform engineering.
