About Merya Hotels and Role Overview

Merya Hotels is a seasoned hotel management and operations firm with 15 years of expertise handling various hotel categories and sizes. We are seeking a dedicated Full Stack Developer to join our team and develop Merya Ops, our internal platform designed to streamline hotel operations for owners and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate complete UI/UX designs from Figma into a fully functional platform with pixel-perfect accuracy in professional Arabic RTL interfaces.
• Develop backend systems and database structures for the Owners Module, managing projects, revenue, expenses, Average Daily Rate, and guest information.
• Create a Monthly Closing feature that includes integrated in-app chat and file upload capabilities.
• Design and implement a data import process using predefined Excel templates with validation and clear error reporting.
• Integrate data synchronization with the Hotel PMS (Hotelogix) and prepare the system for future integration with Nafath services.
• Construct a scalable, multi-tenant architecture ensuring strict isolation of each owner's data, complying with PDPL and NCA ECC regulations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in hands-on full stack web development.
• Proficient in React and TypeScript technologies.
• Experienced with PostgreSQL database design and management.
• Skilled at creating professional, right-to-left Arabic user interfaces.
• Strong command of Git version control.
• Fluent in reading and writing Arabic alongside technical English proficiency.
• A strong eagerness to rapidly acquire knowledge in cybersecurity and regulatory compliance, particularly PDPL and NCA ECC frameworks.
• Ability to work effectively within a small team, with full ownership of specific product components from start to finish.

Preferred Additional Experience

• Experience working on multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
• Proficiency integrating APIs, particularly with PMS or government systems.
• Knowledge of Nafath system integration.
• Background in hospitality industry software or B2B SaaS solutions.
• Practical understanding of PDPL and NCA ECC regulations.
• Fundamental experience in DevOps practices and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).

Compensation

The salary starts from 5,500 SAR per month, with the total package adjusted based on experience.
