Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

We seek a Full Stack Developer to manage the entire process from conceptual design through launch of high-performance websites and digital experiences, focusing heavily on frontend engineering and Webflow expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert Figma and Adobe XD designs into refined, responsive, accessible websites and interactive user interfaces.
• Write clean, reusable code using semantic HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript; utilize frameworks such as React.js or Vue.js as needed.
• Ensure uniform performance across devices and browsers, emphasizing UI detail, interactive features, and animations.
• Lead comprehensive Webflow projects including site structure, design builds, reusable components, responsive layouts, CMS collections, templates, and publishing.
• Implement complex Webflow interactions, custom scripting, dynamic content, forms, and CMS-powered pages; optimize site infrastructure for maintainability and seamless handover.
• Work adeptly with Webflow APIs, CMS data, automation tools, and platform constraints to fulfill scalable business requirements.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints where applicable, webhooks, and third-party services with Webflow and custom frontend apps.
• Develop and troubleshoot integrations involving CRM, marketing, analytics, lead capture, payment gateways, and workflow systems; handle data mapping, validation, error resolution, and monitoring.
• Deploy secure authentication methods such as OAuth 2.0, API tokens, and JWT; coordinate backend or middleware tasks to safeguard credentials.
• Create lightweight backend services or serverless functions with Node.js/Express or comparable technologies as needed for integration and data processing.
• Optimize Core Web Vitals, page load speed, assets, technical SEO, metadata, and accessibility compliance per WCAG guidelines.
• Perform testing, debugging, maintenance of websites and integrations; use Git, code review processes and structured deployment/CI/CD workflows.
• Collaborate effectively with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, backend developers, and project managers; participate in Agile planning, estimation, documentation, and provide technical insights.

Qualifications & Experience

• 4 to 6+ years of professional experience in frontend/web development, particularly with substantial delivery of Webflow websites and CMS-based projects.
• Highly skilled in Webflow Designer, CMS, reusable components, interactions, custom code implementation, and publishing workflows.
• Demonstrated expertise in connecting web frontends to third-party platforms through APIs, webhooks, and integration/automation processes.
• Solid foundations in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript and proficiency in at least one modern frontend framework.
• Preferred degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline; equivalent professional experience considered.
