Role Expectations

• Contribute to product development impacting thousands of daily users including students and university personnel.
• Bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in scaling product engineering.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in Java, Angular, and MySQL alongside solid knowledge of system and database design as well as software architecture principles.
• Engage hands-on with AI and large language model technologies, including building with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or AI-assisted tools, or show eagerness to learn these areas.
• Exhibit ownership by handling end-to-end problem resolution rather than simply addressing tickets.
• Have background experience in SaaS, EdTech, or products designed for multi-tenant use.
