Role Overview

We are seeking back-end engineers to enhance system capabilities. Depending on your assignment, responsibilities may include:

• Developing and sustaining our platform built atop cutting-edge voice AI models used by millions.
• Enhancing product usability, adding key features, or integrating with consumer and enterprise solutions leveraging research breakthroughs.
• Upgrading internal infrastructure to maintain live, high-performance, and secure products at scale.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Frontend, Growth, and Sales teams to design customer-focused solutions.

Candidate Profile

Rather than formal qualifications or certifications, we value passionate engineers who demonstrate ability through challenging projects or open-source contributions. Essential qualifications include:

• Strong Python expertise.
• Solid experience with backend development.
• Knowledge of software/system design patterns, APIs, cloud infrastructure, storage solutions, and data structures.
• Understanding of test design principles and security basics.

Desirable but not required:

• Familiarity with Kubernetes orchestration.
• Experience with Stripe or alternative payment processors.
• Basic understanding of AI model mechanics.
