Role Overview
Based in London with a hybrid schedule (in-office 3 days per week), this role reports to the Senior Full Stack Engineer within the Product and Engineering teams. The Full Stack Engineer will join the Rapid Delivery team focusing on third-line support, feature development for both customers and internal users, and creating tools that empower Product Support to operate more autonomously.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack solutions, integrations, and internal tools using TypeScript, React, Node.js, Express, and SQL while contributing to Java, Scala, iOS, and Android projects.
- Collaborate closely with Product Support to build tools enabling quicker and more independent issue resolution.
- Diagnose and fix complex third-line support issues throughout the platform.
- Suggest and implement improvements in development processes, practices, and tooling to boost efficiency and scalability.
- Provide clear technical direction within the company and engage directly with customers to understand and address challenges when required.

Requirements
- Proven full-stack experience with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Express, and SQL.
- Experience in statically typed backend languages like Java or Scala and a keen interest in expanding skills to native iOS and Android development.
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex, cross-system issues.
- Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and testable code while enhancing existing codebases.
- Clear communication skills and confidence handling both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including direct customer engagement.
Desirable Skills
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes containerization technologies.
- Experience utilizing monitoring tools such as Grafana.
- Knowledge of identity and access management protocols like SAML, SSO, or SCIM.
