Role Overview

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will contribute to delivering new features both within PlanD's core product and Paula, their AI-driven product. You'll take ownership of specific topics by collaborating with the Product Lead to deeply understand the underlying problems, design solutions, implement them across the frontend and backend, and be responsible for the features once they are deployed. The team operates in rapid cycles with a high degree of autonomy — you will plan, delegate to agents for execution, review, test, and stand behind every live change.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new capabilities in the core product including workforce scheduling, time tracking, payroll, and invoicing for cleaning companies with up to hundreds of employees.
• Handle complex domain logic such as working hours and invoicing cycles to ensure seamless daily operations for customers.
• Extend Paula, the AI product that integrates within PlanD, email inboxes, and phone systems, building new use cases and deepening integration with core functionality to ensure reliable and transparent AI behavior.
• Build and maintain integrations such as DATEV export, data imports, and other customer-specific process connections.

Technical Stack

• Frontend: Angular
• Backend: PHP (Slim framework), MongoDB, Redis
• AI-Related: Voice AI with ElevenLabs and Gemini, AI agents with Langgraph, agentic development tools including Cursor and Claude Code
• Project management and version control: Linear, GitHub/GitLab

Required Qualifications

• Prior engineering experience approximately 1–3 years.
• Demonstrated ownership by having built and deployed your own software.
• Experience developing software using agentic tools such as Cursor or Claude Code, with the ability to explain generated outputs.
• Strong foundational knowledge across full-stack development: frontend, backend, and databases.
• Proficiency in Python programming.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Angular, PHP, or MongoDB.
• Understanding of Clean Code principles and scalable system architecture.
• Interest in B2B SaaS, operational software, or field services domains.
• Knowledge of recent frameworks used to build AI agents.
