Key Responsibilities

• Engage in designing, building, and refining essential platform features on both client and server sides.
• Convert business needs into structured data models, service APIs, and technical implementations with team support.
• Develop backend services and data infrastructures that prioritize reliability, security, and scalability.
• Integrate AI technologies into practical product workflows, ensuring the outputs remain transparent, verifiable, and reversible as needed.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to transform sophisticated functionalities into straightforward and user-friendly experiences.
• Participate actively in code reviews, technical discussions, and adopt engineering best practices that elevate code quality and streamline delivery.
• Continuously acquire new technical skills and contribute to enhancing the product's performance, stability, and user satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline, expected to graduate in 2026 or 2027.
• Solid grounding in computer science principles including data structures, algorithms, operating systems, networking, and database systems.
• Proficiency or exposure to one or more established programming languages such as Java, Go, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Demonstrated interest in both frontend and backend development, coupled with a foundational understanding of contemporary web app architecture and development processes.
• Familiarity with relational databases and object/file storage solutions; knowledge of access control, data security, or isolation is advantageous.
• Previous experience through internships, personal projects, academic coursework, open-source initiatives, or participation in programming competitions is preferable.
• Strong analytical thinking capabilities, eagerness to learn quickly in a dynamic environment, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Enthusiasm for leveraging AI in practical applications and AI-assisted development, while upholding stringent standards for code quality, security, and reliability.
