Lead Full Stack Developer

Position Overview

We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer with robust experience in Python, Java, and Typescript, combined with advanced SQL or data orchestration skills. The role involves developing comprehensive technical solutions, including hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), fine-tuning large language models (LLMs), and working with agentic AI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and architect technical solutions partnering with engineers, program managers, and domain specialists.
• Design and build full-stack applications rapidly, aiming for development within days, not months.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, ensuring production-grade solutions that interpret client data into actionable workflows.
• Decompose complex problems into multi-stage technical roadmaps aligned with business needs.
• Deploy solutions in cloud service providers (CSP) or on-premises environments.
• Engage directly with clients to build and design customized solutions.

Candidate Profile

• 10 to 15 years of experience in a tech lead or architect role with significant hands-on development experience.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
• Proven ability to explain past product and service developments from both domain and business perspectives.
• Capable of discussing code structure and refactoring, including using AI-assisted coding tools.
