About the Role
NKXUS Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and skilled Full Stack Developer to oversee and enhance the company's websites and digital platforms. The successful candidate will be instrumental in building features, maintaining smooth website operations, and supporting broader promotional and marketing efforts digitally.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain company websites and applications encompassing both frontend and backend systems.
- Identify and resolve bugs to optimize website performance and user experience.
- Manage website content updates alongside meeting technical specifications and requirements.
- Contribute actively to enhancing the company's digital marketing strategies and online promotional campaigns.
- Assist with business promotional events such as stalls and company activities as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to introduce innovative solutions and enhance the company's online footprint.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design principles.
- Experience in both frontend and backend development technologies.
- Familiarity with MySQL or similar database systems for data management.
- Understanding of APIs, web hosting, and deployment processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a keen desire to learn.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Compensation and Benefits
The position offers a fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹40,000, which will be adjusted in accordance with the candidate's skills, experience, technical expertise, and performance contributions.
