About the Role
We seek a skilled Full Stack Developer with over two years of hands-on experience proficient in creating and maintaining advanced web applications. This role includes responsibility for WordPress development and customizations, combining front-end aesthetics with back-end functionality for performant and scalable digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and sustain web applications using PHP, Laravel, or Node.js frameworks.
- Develop responsive user interfaces leveraging HTML, CSS, and frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind.
- Handle backend API development, integration with external services, and database operations.
- Identify and resolve bugs, enhance application performance, and strengthen security measures.
- Manage deployment processes, including server configuration and hosting environment setup.
- Implement WordPress website creation and customizations including theme and plugin adjustments, focusing on tools such as Elementor and WPBakery.
- Ensure WordPress site optimization for speed, caching efficiency, and security robustness.
- Administer WooCommerce-powered ecommerce sites when required.
- Integrate payment solutions, forms, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and marketing toolsets into web platforms.
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of two years of practical project experience in full-stack development with PHP and WordPress technologies.
- Demonstrated capability for independent work with adherence to deliverable timelines.
- Effective communicator with rigorous reporting and documentation habits.
- Proficient problem solver with a strong inclination toward debugging and issue resolution.
Skills & Technologies
- Deep understanding of PHP and MySQL database management.
- Experience in Laravel or Core PHP development.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Expertise in WordPress theme customization and plugin configuration.
- Fundamentals of website security best practices and performance enhancements.
- Bonus skills include React or Vue.js basics, REST API integrations (e.g., payment gateways, messaging APIs), Git version control, server deployment on platforms like cPanel, VPS or cloud environments, and experience working on SaaS or CRM applications.
Compensation and Benefits
The selected candidate will receive a competitive monthly salary ranging between 15,000 and 20,000 INR.
