About the Role
QuickHyre is seeking a motivated Full Stack Software Engineer based in India who thrives on creating comprehensive product experiences and advancing with a dynamic team. This role suits engineers who are product-oriented, enjoy close collaboration with design and product teams, and take initiative in solving real-world user challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy full product features spanning both frontend and backend from initial conception through to production.
- Create and integrate large language model applications (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude) leveraging OpenAI and Hugging Face APIs.
- Work closely with design, product, and engineering departments to craft refined user interfaces and experiences.
- Design and enhance scalable, robust services and APIs prioritizing performance and maintainability.
- Construct backend APIs and services to facilitate reliable data synchronization and orchestration across systems.
- Produce well-tested, maintainable code and actively participate in code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to decompose requirements and deliver efficient technical solutions.
- Identify and fix production issues spanning the entire stack to sustain system stability and reliability.
- Explore new tools and workflows, including AI-driven capabilities, iterating improvements based on feedback.

- Backend: Node.js, TypeScript, MySQL, PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, Temporal
- Frontend: React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, shadcn
- Infrastructure: Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Sentry

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional software engineering experience with production-grade web applications.
- Strong knowledge of web development fundamentals: JavaScript or TypeScript, React or similar modern frameworks, API design, and database management.
- Capability to operate across both frontend and backend development domains.
- Ability to convert product and user needs into efficient technical implementations.
- A proactive attitude and adaptability to fast-paced work conditions.
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
- Keen interest in continual learning and embracing new technologies.
- Self-driven with the capacity to take ownership and understand when to seek assistance.
- Focus on execution and iterative development while ensuring high quality.
