About the Role
At KlickBoost GmbH, you will be part of shaping the future of digital recruitment through the development of our proprietary application software, which aids hundreds of professionals daily in securing new job opportunities. We combine a modern technology stack, clear organizational structures, and the goal of making recruitment smarter and more human-centered. This role offers you the chance to contribute to both frontend and backend development, automate processes, and take ownership within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and improve our internal application platform continuously.
- Create advanced, high-performance frontend components using frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
- Develop and maintain backend systems leveraging technologies such as Node.js, Python, or PHP.
- Integrate APIs and develop interfacing logic using REST or GraphQL.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance technical workflows and optimize existing processes.
- Conduct code testing, maintain comprehensive documentation, and strive for ongoing quality improvements.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Proven experience in both frontend and backend software development.
- Strong proficiency in English (or language) communication.
- Good understanding of API architecture and working with databases like MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
- Interest and experience with automation tools such as Make, Zapier, or Airtable are a plus.
- Structured, self-driven, and solution-focused working habits.
- Team-oriented mindset combined with responsibility and enthusiasm for digital products.
- Willingness to work onsite at our Berlin Südkreuz office.
