The platform comprehensively manages various business functions such as Sales, Purchase, Production, Inventory, Quality, Finance, HR, Service, Maintenance, and Analytics, aiming to digitize and streamline manufacturing operations.

Role Overview

We are seeking passionate Full Stack Developers proficient in the MERN stack who are eager to enhance their skills by contributing to a live SaaS ERP product. Your work will involve close collaboration with development, QA, product, and leadership teams as you participate in frontend and backend development, database management, business workflows, debugging, and progressively adopting advanced technologies integral to the platform.

Technology Stack

• Frontend: React.js, TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, Ant Design, Socket.IO
• Backend: Node.js, Express.js, TypeScript, Socket.IO
• Database: MongoDB, Mongoose
• Infrastructure & Performance: Redis, BullMQ, PM2, Vercel, DigitalOcean
• Version Control: Git, Bitbucket

Required Knowledge and Eligibility

Candidates should have foundational knowledge in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, MongoDB, basic HTML and CSS, programming fundamentals, problem-solving, and logical reasoning. Prior professional experience is not mandatory; fresh graduates proficient in MERN stack development are encouraged to apply. Additional technologies such as REST APIs, TypeScript, Express.js, Redux Toolkit, Mongoose, Ant Design, Socket.IO/WebSockets, Redis, BullMQ, PM2, Git workflows, cloud deployment, application performance optimization, and SaaS/ERP architecture are part of the learning journey within this role.

Job Responsibilities

• Create frontend features using React.js.
• Develop backend services with Node.js.
• Manage application data with MongoDB.
• Build and integrate APIs.
• Design and develop new ERP modules and business workflows.
• Identify and fix bugs, troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with senior developers on technical tasks.
• Engage in testing procedures and code reviews.
• Progress towards implementing TypeScript.
• Develop real-time functionalities using Socket.IO.
• Learn background job processing with Redis and BullMQ.
• Gain understanding of SaaS application deployment and maintenance.
• Assume increasing responsibility for feature delivery from development through deployment.
