Role Overview

We are seeking a full stack developer to join a healthcare-focused squad. The technical environment comprises React for front-end and Java for back-end development, expecting the candidate to share responsibilities evenly across both. While experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is not mandatory, it is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve features using React and Java technologies.
• Build and maintain backend services and APIs, including frontend tasks as necessary.
• Apply modifications based on detailed requirements and finalized designs.
• Enhance application performance, reliability, and user experience through incremental updates.
• Collaborate closely with product and delivery teams to ensure rapid release cycles.
• Produce clean, maintainable code consistent with established development patterns.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience as a mid-level full stack engineer.
• Strong backend Java capabilities, specifically with frameworks like Spring.
• Solid proficiency and practical experience with React.js.
• Comfortable navigating and extending legacy codebases.
• Independent work ethic with minimal supervision required.
• Focus on pragmatic solutions geared toward delivery over theoretical architecture discussions.

Additional Beneficial Qualifications

• Hands-on exposure to AEM or other content management systems.
• Experience participating in small, agile squads employing incremental delivery methods.
