Role Overview
- Maintain, enhance, and develop existing web-based applications.
- Efficiently diagnose and fix bugs and address issues in live production environments.
- Build new functionalities, integrations, and APIs.
- Work closely with non-technical team members to capture and understand business needs.
- Assist in migration to a new platform, progressively taking on more responsibility.
- Uphold rigorous standards regarding data accuracy, security measures, and thorough documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Between 3 to 6 years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficient full-stack development capabilities.
- Practiced in server-side programming languages, modern JavaScript frameworks, and SQL databases.
- Demonstrated experience managing and supporting live production systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Capacity for independent work and strong project ownership.
