Role Summary

We seek a skilled Full Stack Developer experienced in financial markets to join our team. This position involves working on a back-office system integrated with liquidity providers through the MT5 Manager API. The role also entails close collaboration with the Dealing, Risk, and Operations teams to convert trading and operational needs into efficient, reliable, and production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain back-office applications using C#/.NET and React frameworks.
• Create and enhance integrations with the MT5 Manager API for account handling, trade monitoring, reporting, and risk data feeds.
• Develop and maintain both RESTful APIs and real-time service components.
• Collaborate across departments to translate business requirements into technical implementations.
• Provide support for internal portals by implementing enhancements, resolving bugs, and troubleshooting production issues.
• Design and optimize databases, queries, reporting processes, and overall system performance.
• Engage in code reviews, software releases, and ongoing live production support.
• Contribute to the platform’s scalability and technical growth.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of full stack development experience with C#/.NET technologies, including ASP.NET Core, Web API, and Entity Framework Core.
• Proficient in React and TypeScript, with experience in hooks, component architecture, and state management.
• Solid knowledge of SQL Server or PostgreSQL, with expertise in schema design and query tuning.
• Experience in creating and using RESTful APIs, and understanding of authentication/authorization standards including JWT and OAuth.
• Mandatory practical experience working within FX/CFD brokerage, liquidity provider, or trading technology firms.
• Deep understanding of trading processes and execution, including STP/ECN and Market Maker models, A/B Book management, liquidity integration, pricing, margin, swaps, commissions, and profit and loss accounting.
• Experience with MT4/MT5 Manager or Admin APIs is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with liquidity bridges such as oneZero, PrimeXM, Centroid, or Match-Trader is advantageous.
• Knowledge of FIX messaging protocol is a plus.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, containerization with Docker, and continuous integration/delivery pipelines is beneficial.
• Experience within regulated brokerage environments and multi-entity broker frameworks adds value.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage live production trading systems.
