About the Role
BirAi Indicore Technologies LLP is seeking an experienced Full Stack and Mobile Application Developer to work on a project basis under a contract/freelance arrangement. This position entails independently designing, developing, and scaling complex web dashboards, native mobile apps, and real-time backend systems with a focus on high performance and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain mobile applications across various technology stacks.
- Create responsive and optimized web frontend interfaces.
- Architect, implement, and enhance scalable backend APIs and real-time communication features.
- Manage both relational and NoSQL database structures effectively.
- Ensure seamless integration and high coding standards across Android, iOS, and web platforms.
Core Technology Stacks and Focus Areas
- For React Native developers: React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript focusing on cross-platform UI, state management, and real-time APIs.
- For Android developers: Kotlin, Java, Android SDK with expertise in native performance and hardware integration.
- For iOS developers: Swift, Xcode, Objective-C emphasizing native architecture and memory management.
- For Backend developers: Python, Express.js, WebSockets, MySQL, MongoDB with scalable API design and real-time communication.
- Strict use of Git branching strategies (Gitflow) with automated linting and testing.
Project Terms & Engagement Details
This opportunity is a flexible contract engagement executed remotely or in a hybrid manner. Payment is milestone-based, linked to project scopes and successful deliverables.
Legal & Compliance Conditions
Contractors must work under the supervision of a Project Manager to ensure tasks meet architectural and timeline requirements. A stringent security bond and non-disclosure agreement govern this contract, including notarized agreements on stamp paper. Any breach, code leaks, or unauthorized sharing will lead to termination, forfeiture of payments, legal action, and required repayment of full project costs as penalties.
Government-issued ID documents such as Aadhaar and PAN cards must be submitted self-attested upon contract signing.
