Amazon Web Services (AWS) is searching for a proactive Recruiter who thrives on partnering with hiring teams and values innovation. This role involves managing and prioritizing multiple recruitment requests within strict timelines, while developing effective sourcing and closing strategies to attract top talent. The ideal candidate will work closely with hiring managers across various departments to tailor recruitment approaches based on market conditions and talent availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring teams to design and implement effective candidate sourcing, assessment, and closing methods, ensuring expectations are well managed.
• Propose recruitment strategies and ideas aimed at supporting the company’s long-term growth, including refining existing hiring processes to align with Amazon’s commitment to exceptional quality.
• Create detailed recruitment plans outlining deliverables, timelines, and formal tracking mechanisms.
• Engage in specific projects and recruitment initiatives such as improving interview techniques, utilizing internal talent pools, and identifying high-potential candidates for senior roles.
• Demonstrate strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills focused on achieving business outcomes.

Candidate Requirements

• At least five years of experience in high-volume technical recruiting, preferably in environments with high hiring standards.
• Proven ability to develop and execute sourcing and candidate closing strategies.
• Experience in creating, monitoring, and scaling workflows involving candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting teams.
• Preferred experience includes familiarity with recruitment tools such as resume databases, internet sourcing platforms, and spreadsheets.
