Fulfillment Assistant / Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Fulfillment Assistant / Specialist to contribute to the smooth and accurate processing of customer orders. This position involves managing order preparation, coordinating picking and packing, preparing shipping documentation, and overseeing delivery processes to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Process incoming orders and verify product availability promptly.
• Coordinate activities for picking and packing items accurately.
• Prepare all necessary documentation required for shipping and delivery.
• Monitor the status of orders and maintain communication with logistics and warehouse teams to resolve any issues.
• Assist with inventory verification, shipment tracking, order updates, returns processing, and compiling operational reports.
• Maintain precise records to detect discrepancies or delays and support continuous improvement in fulfillment processes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Good understanding of order fulfillment, warehousing, inventory controls, shipping, and logistics workflows.
• Strong organizational abilities paired with problem-solving and efficient time management skills.
• Competency in order processing and maintaining accurate operational documents.
• Experience or familiarity with ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Order Management Systems (OMS), and inventory management software is preferable.
• Capability to track order progression, update shipment data, and analyze operational metrics.
• High attention to detail ensuring accuracy and quality in task execution.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills for seamless coordination with internal departments and external logistics partners.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, prioritize urgent orders, and adhere to deadlines.
• Customer-centric mindset focused on dependable and punctual fulfillment outcomes.
• Proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements in fulfillment operations.
