Role Overview

We are seeking a frontend engineer passionate about creating B2B-oriented products. Experience in consumer-facing development is considered advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize frontend components of internal systems and selected consumer-facing pages.
• Enhance frontend architecture continuously to improve system stability, scalability, and user experience.
• Support the internal efficiency platform by integrating AI coding tools to facilitate development, debugging, testing, and code reviewing processes.
• Work collaboratively with product managers, designers, and QA professionals to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of three years in frontend development; however, exceptional fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and React, including insights into React’s internal mechanisms.
• Experience with Git, Node.js, frontend build systems, and solid frontend engineering practices; fundamental backend and API design knowledge is a plus.
• Capability to accurately translate design mockups into code with clean architecture, along with experience in performance optimization and ensuring browser compatibility.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI-enhanced coding tools like Claude Code and Codex, using them to dissect tasks, structure business logic and code context, and perform development, debugging, and code refactoring.
• Proficiency in reviewing and validating AI-generated code, overseeing code quality through testing and runtime verification, and taking full responsibility for deliverables.
• A disciplined work approach with proactive communication, strong collaboration skills, and analytical problem-solving ability.

Preferred Additional Experience

• Background in developing internal systems such as approval workflows, HR-related platforms, payroll, finance, or data analytics solutions.
• Involvement in utilizing or creating low-code platforms.
• End-to-end full-stack project experience utilizing AI-assisted coding methodologies, covering frontend/backend development, database design, API integrations, deployment, and quality verification.
• Demonstrated eagerness to leverage tools focused on improving engineering efficiency, user experience, performance, or information security.
