About the Role

Based in Dubai with remote or hybrid work options depending on project needs, this position targets mid to senior level professionals eager to contribute to meaningful and innovative technology endeavors.

Responsibilities

• Frontend developers will create responsive, accessible user interfaces employing current technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Vue.
• Backend developers are expected to build and sustain server-side applications, APIs, database systems, and business logic ensuring dependable performance.
• Work collaboratively with designers, product team members, and fellow developers to translate project requirements into functional technical solutions.
• Identify software bugs, optimize application execution, and uphold high coding standards.
• Engage in code review processes, thorough testing, documentation upkeep, and maintain continuous integration pipelines.
• Adhere to secure coding guidelines and support scalable, maintainable software design.

Qualifications

• Possess a degree, diploma, or equivalent hands-on experience in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a directly related discipline.
• Demonstrate relevant development experience, preferably with a portfolio showcasing completed projects.
• Frontend developers should be well-versed in responsive design principles, JavaScript, modern web frameworks, and version control systems.
• Backend developers must have proficiency in server-side programming, REST API development, database management, and foundational application security.
• Familiarity with Git, debugging tools, unit testing, and collaborative development workflows is essential.
