Front Store Supervisor (Full-Time, Day Shift)

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer service operations including cashier and merchandising teams.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures by cashier and merchandising personnel.
• Train and continuously support cashiers and merchandisers in their roles.
• Implement all loss prevention measures, oversee cash office inventory and cashier tracking, and manage PC Optimum processes.
• Maintain the store’s professional image in line with the Uniform Policy.
• Respond to customer queries about product locations, rainchecks, and resolve issues per established refund and exchange protocols.
• Encourage customer feedback through CSI surveys.
• Maintain clean, organized shelves with correct product rotation and manage product displays as directed.
• Uphold housekeeping and overall store appearance standards.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and store policies rigorously.
• Perform clerical, banking, and cashier duties as needed.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Capacity for independent thinking related to store organization.
• Effective problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with computers and good organizational skills.
• Efficient time management and knowledge of store products and supplies.

Compensation
