Role Overview
The Front Office Supervisor is a full-time, on-location position based in Tada, Andhra Pradesh. This role entails managing the front desk team to ensure smooth daily operations and a superior guest experience. Key responsibilities include overseeing check-in and check-out processes, managing room bookings and allocations, addressing guest inquiries and complaints efficiently, and supervising staff performance.
The supervisor is also responsible for maintaining the lobby's appearance, collaborating with housekeeping and other departments to optimize operations, keeping accurate documentation of front office activities, and enforcing hotel policies and service standards. Training and guiding front office personnel to deliver high-quality service is a critical aspect of the position.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in supervising front office or hospitality teams.
- Skilled in front desk operations such as guest check-in/check-out, payment processing, and communication via phone and email.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage professionally with guests and team members.
- Experienced in managing room reservations, allocations, and coordinating with booking platforms or property management software.
- Previous employment in hotel front office or hospitality roles, preferably within 3- or 4-star establishments.
- Willingness and availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays in accordance with hotel needs.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Formal education in Hospitality Management or related disciplines is desirable.
