CarStylein is seeking a confident, professionally presented, and goal-driven Front Office Sales Executive to join our team at the Delhi branch. This role involves direct interaction with walk-in customers as well as handling incoming calls, conducting customer follow-ups, driving sales conversions, and managing daily front-office responsibilities.
Key Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate CarStylein products or services.
- Convert enquiries and customer interest into confirmed sales successfully.
- Coordinate all customer orders and commitments efficiently with the operations team.
- Oversee accounts receivable activities, ensuring payment collection is completed within the prescribed timelines.
