Front Office Receptionist

About the Role

High and Dry Luxury Laundry Studio seeks a polished, courteous, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to manage front desk functions and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role requires welcoming customers, managing inquiries and orders, coordinating garment pickups and deliveries, maintaining customer records, and ensuring seamless daily front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with professionalism and courtesy.
• Handle customer inquiries via walk-ins, phone calls, and WhatsApp messages.
• Understand customer needs and explain laundry and garment care services offered.
• Manage creation and upkeep of customer orders, invoices, and service records.
• Receive garments, assure proper tagging, documentation, and handover.
• Collaborate with the laundry and operations team on orders and special instructions.
• Monitor order statuses and communicate timely updates to customers.
• Arrange pickup and delivery timings with relevant teams.
• Handle customer complaints and service questions professionally, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer data and daily front desk logs.
• Manage payments including cash, card, and UPI transactions.
• Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and payments with customers.
• Keep the reception area clean, orderly, and inviting.
• Support administrative tasks daily at the studio.
• Ensure customers receive a personalized, high-end service experience.

Experience and Skills

• Between 1 and 3 years in front desk, receptionist, customer service, retail, hospitality, salon, or premium retail roles.
• Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or premium customer service is advantageous.
