Role Overview
The Front Office Associate plays a vital role in greeting guests and managing the check-in and check-out processes efficiently and courteously. Responsibilities involve answering phone calls, handling reservations and inquiries, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, maintaining precise records and billing, addressing guest requests, resolving minor issues, and imparting information about hotel services and local attractions. This is a full-time position requiring on-site presence at the Haridwar location with professional conduct during assigned shifts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven expertise in customer service and receptionist duties focused on delivering a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Excellent communication skills and proficient phone etiquette for effective guest interaction and team coordination.
- Experience managing check-in operations, guest registration, and billing processes.
- Strong organizational capabilities and time management, ensuring accuracy in documentation.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with hotel management or reservation software, email, and office tools.
- Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and public holidays, maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry or customer-facing roles is preferred; educational background in Hotel Management or related fields is an added advantage.
