Role Overview

We embody hospitality with passion and joy. As a Front Office Agent and a "Wohlfühlexplorer," you will create an environment of comfort and relaxation, ensuring every guest feels thoroughly welcomed and cared for.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and bid farewell to guests.
• Act as the main point of contact for all guest-related matters.
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Receive guest requests and actively engage in upselling opportunities.
• Handle complaint management and liaise with other departments.

Candidate Requirements

• Successfully completed hotel industry training or equivalent experience at front office.
• Enjoy working as a host and demonstrate strong guest and service orientation.
• Fluent proficiency in both spoken and written German and English.
• Additional language skills are advantageous.
