Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Front Office Agent to join our team at the DO & CO Hotel Munich, a new boutique property combining international modernity with Bavarian charm. Situated near Marienplatz with scenic city views and exclusive dining experiences, this role is crucial in delivering exceptional guest services across check-in, check-out, concierge duties, and reservation management.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently and with a warm, personalized approach.
- Providing high-quality personal and telephonic assistance to a diverse international clientele.
- Handling guest relations and ensuring individual attention and concierge services are delivered.
- Receiving, processing, and confirming reservations accurately.
- Overseeing billing procedures and financial transactions related to guest accounts.
- Ensuring smooth communication and cooperation across all hotel departments.

Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in luxury or upscale hotel environments, ideally as a Front Office Agent, Receptionist, or Guest Service Agent.
- A positive, polished, and energetic presence.
- Strong guest and service orientation with delight in interacting with international guests.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English; additional languages are an asset.
- Reliable, responsible, and capable of working independently.
- Possession of a Class B driving license is desirable.
