About Four Points by Sheraton Munich Arabellapark
The hotel offers a unique combination of Bavarian charm and timeless design blended with local touches. Job Responsibilities
- Manage a dynamic and responsible role within the hotel's front office, the core area of guest interaction
- Engage with guests from all over the world while working alongside an international team that supports and listens attentively
- Maintain positive guest relations by delivering excellent customer service and resolving issues proactively

Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training in hospitality or equivalent experience in a similar role
- Enthusiasm for interacting with people
- Professional, approachable, and friendly demeanor
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
- Presentable appearance with good manners
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Team player with resilience and adaptability
- Preferably experienced with property management systems like Opera
